Kids4Christ will be led by Lori Ann Scott for youth in age 3-5th Grade.
Our CYF Youth will be led by Pastor Connor for those in 6th-12th grades.
Meet our Transitional interim Pastor
First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is excited to have Rev. Connor L. Thompson as its Transitional Interim Pastor. Rev. Thompson’s first worship service at First Christian was November 6, 2022.
Connor, a Middletown native, is a fourth generation Disciple and a commissioned minister. Rev. Thompson previously served as the Senior Pastor at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Middletown, OH. He is a graduate of Miami University where he studied Nonprofit and Community Studies, and he is currently enrolled in the Master of Divinity program at Lexington Theological Seminary. An Eagle Scout and recipient of the Summit Award for Venturing, Connor is active in the Boy Scouts of America has served in multiple leadership and volunteer positions throughout Warren and Butler counties, including serving as Camp Chaplain at Camp Friedlander. Rev. Thompson has also been an active member of Kiwanis International.
